• Attempting to access accounts, data or systems without permission; credential stuffing or brute force attacks.
• Tampering with checkout, pricing, coupons, referral programs, or shipment labels.

Good-faith research

If you believe you have discovered a security issue, notify us privately at info@tolvia.co.uk. Do not publicly disclose details until we confirm a fix or grant permission.

4) Payments & fraud

• Using stolen cards, unauthorised payment instruments, or falsified identities.
• Chargeback abuse, refund abuse, or submitting fraudulent claims.
• Interfering with anti-fraud checks or submitting misleading information to bypass controls.

We may require additional verification for high-value or high-risk orders.

5) Content, IP & reviews

• Copying, reproducing, framing, or hotlinking our content, images, videos, trademarks, or datasets without permission, except as permitted by law.
• Uploading or transmitting unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing material.
• Astroturfing, fake reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, or manipulating ratings.
