We ship across the United Kingdom and to many international destinations. Availability of certain methods and carriers depends on the destination and item type.
Rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Unless a specific promotional rate is shown, our standard terms apply:

Estimates exclude processing time and public holidays. Severe weather, peak periods or carrier disruptions can cause delays.
Where available, a tracking link will be emailed when your order is dispatched. Delivery occurs when the parcel is scanned as delivered to the address provided (including a designated safe place or neighbour where you have allowed this).
For deliveries outside the UK, local taxes, duties and customs clearance fees may apply at destination. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can affect delivery times and may require you to provide additional information to local authorities.
For multi-item orders we may ship items separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking where applicable. If an item is back-ordered or on pre-order, we’ll dispatch it as soon as it becomes available; we’ll keep you updated by email.
